How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Noiseskin Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Noiseskin Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Noiseskin Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@noiseskin.boutique and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
